Do I need to create an account to place an order with OnTrack Empowerment Group?

An online account is not required to complete an order. We do, however, recommend creating your account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.

My order status says delivered but I haven't received my package what should I do?

OnTrack Empowerment Group will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. OnTrack Empowerment Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please send an email to info@yourontrackgroup.com to file a lost package claim.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
